Газпром нефть — российская нефтегазовая компания, участвующая в управлении сербской нефтяной компанией NIS, где она владеет 44,9% акций. Компания находится под санкциями США из-за участия российского капитала и имеет значительные доли в NIS вместе с Газпромом и правительством Сербии. В 2025 году она выплатила дивиденды на уровне 45,41 рубля за акцию и намерена продолжать направлять более 50% чистой прибыли по МСФО на дивидендные выплаты. Компания также владеет крупным нефтеперерабатывающим заводом в Панчево, находящимся под санкциями США.
