The governor, Mikhail Vederников, reported debris from drones damaging industrial and residential properties, including incidents in Velikie Luki and the settlement of Kunya. Authorities also implemented fuel sales restrictions to prevent speculation, while border crossing points such as Pechory-Pskovskie and Pytalovo were closed by a decision of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
