Nebenzia
diplomat
Vasily Nebenzya, Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, has repeatedly criticized the response of UN Secretary-General António Guterres to a letter from Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov regarding events in Bucha. He described the reply as an 'insult' and 'a classic evasion,' emphasizing that it failed to address any of the 12 questions posed by Moscow about alleged Ukrainian provocations. Nebenzya also highlighted Russia's request for a list of victims from what he called a 'staged event' in Bucha, which has been under scrutiny since 2022.
