The Fund of State Property of Ukraine is a government entity responsible for managing and disposing of confiscated assets, including real estate. It has sold two apartments owned by Russian designer and blogger Artemiy Lebedev, which were seized following a court decision in July 2023. The apartments, located in Kyiv's Shevchenkovskyi and Holosiivskyi districts, were put up for auction with an initial combined value of approximately $550 thousand. Proceeds from the sale are intended to support the Fund for Liquidation of Consequences of Russia's Armed Aggression.
