Davид Nuриev, known by his stage name Pтаха, is a Russian rapper and music producer who has been charged in an administrative case for promoting narcotics and psychotropic substances via the internet. The case is being heard in the Nikulinsky District Court of Moscow, with a scheduled hearing on July 16, and carries a potential fine of up to 30,000 rubles under Article 6.13, Part 3 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses.
