Ekateryna Zhemchuzhnaya was a Soviet and Russian actress and singer, recognized as a People's Artist of Russia. She performed in numerous films such as 'Vechnyy zov' (Eternal Call), 'Karnaval' (Carnival), and 'Tsiganoye schastye' (Gypsy Happiness), and was a long-time member of the Moscow theater 'Romen.'
