ТТК, or Third Transport Ring, is a major urban infrastructure project in Moscow. According to the snippets, significant work has been completed on asphalt replacement along the ring road, with 85 percent of planned tasks finished as of June 29th. The area around Volgogradsky Prospekt has seen the removal of traffic restrictions related to movement from and to the TTK, including access points to the MКАD and MСD. Additionally, there was an incident involving a worker accident on the TTK in Khamovniki, which led to temporary traffic disruptions.
