Бакеево is a rural locality in the Sолнечногорский district of Moscow Oblast, Russia. On June 26th, a tragic incident occurred there when several young people were accidentally poisoned with narcotics during a birthday celebration in a rented house. The event resulted in two deaths and seven hospitalizations. Individuals involved in the purchase, sale, and delivery of the illegal substances were charged under Article 228.1 of the Russian Criminal Code.
