Дворцовая площадь — ключевая локация в Санкт-Петербурге, где ежегодно проходит праздник выпускников школ под названием "Алые паруса". Площадь служит местом концерта и центрального мероприятия, включающего выступления известных артистов и водно-пиротехническое шоу на Неве. В 2025 году на площади прошел концерт с участием таких исполнителей, как Елка, Люся Чеботина и Filatov & Karas. Площадь также используется для проведения массовых мероприятий, включая акцию "Свеча памяти" в честь Дня памяти и скорби.
