Estonia is ranked first in the 2026 Global Relocation Index by Rumavi, citing quality of life, safety, and healthcare. The country has extended indefinitely the reduced 12-hour operating regime for border checkpoints with Russia, including Narva, Koidula, and Luhamaa, citing security and border control needs.
