Izhevsk
other
Izhevsk is a city in Udmurtia, Russia, that has experienced temporary restrictions on airport operations due to safety concerns, including rocket danger warnings and threats from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). These restrictions were repeatedly imposed and lifted by Rosaviatsiya for the international airport named after Kalashnikov. The city was also noted for a school initiative in which students sewed underwear for military personnel.
