The Новомосковского административных округов (Novomoskovsky Administrative District) is one of two administrative districts in Moscow that have been actively developing since their inclusion in the city in July 2012. Over the past 14 years, significant infrastructure and social object construction has occurred within this district, including roads, metro stations, schools, and residential developments, with major projects led by companies such as 'PIK' and 'Samolot'.
