Ryльsky District is an administrative territory in Kursk Oblast, Russia, that has experienced multiple attacks by Ukrainian drones and mines. These attacks have resulted in civilian injuries, destruction of homes and infrastructure, including a mine explosion near the district administration on July 3 that injured six people, among them the district head Vladimir Kovalchuk.
