Ryльsk is a city in Kursk Oblast, Russia, that has been targeted by Ukrainian drone attacks and other explosive incidents. On July 3, 2026, a remotely detonated mine exploded near the administration of Rylsky District, injuring six people including the district head Vladimir Kovalevich. Additional attacks on July 13 and earlier in July resulted in injuries to civilians, with reports of multiple drone strikes causing minor to severe wounds and property damage.
