Third Transport Ring is a major transportation infrastructure project in Moscow, described as part of a new arterial road connecting to Lyublinskaya Street and integrating with key city routes including the MKAD and the Moscow Central Diameter. It includes planned construction such as an underpass in the Pechatniki district that will enable transit through the area and improve connectivity near Kantemirovskaya Street and the Moscow Central Diameter.
