Университетская площадь — это центральная площадь в Москве, которая служит конечной точкой транспортных маршрутов, включая велофестивали и «Ночной забег». В период проведения мероприятий движение ограничено на Университетской площади и прилегающих улицах — с 16:00 до окончания события или до 23:59, а также в ночное время. Запрещена парковка в районе пересечения с улицей Косыгина и на участках временных ограничений. Ограничения действуют на улицах Косыгина, Университетского проспекта, набережных Тараса Шевченко и Бережковской.
