The party 'Яблоко' was removed from the list of candidates for the 2024 Russian State Duma elections following the Supreme Court's rejection of its appeal, upholding the initial decision to cancel its registration. The court dismissed all nine motions submitted by the party, including requests to admit evidence related to AI use. The deputy chairman of 'Яблоко', Lev Shlosber, was sentenced to 11years and one month in prison by the Pskov City Court for 'discrediting the Russian army' and spreading 'military fake news'.
