ЦОС ФСБ РФ is an official public relations unit within Russia's Federal Security Service, responsible for issuing press releases and disseminating information on security operations. It regularly reports on thwarted sabotage attempts, espionage activities, and terrorist plots attributed to Ukrainian intelligence services such as the SBU, GRU, or 'Мотор Сич', often involving self-made explosive devices, drone attacks, or data theft targeting military infrastructure, energy complexes, and defense enterprises.
