ДОМ.РФ — российская государственная компания, занимающаяся проектным финансированием и реализацией жилищных программ, включая поддержку семей с детьми. В ноябре 2025 года она провела IPO, привлекла 31,7 млрд рублей, а в апреле 2026 года совет директоров рекомендовал выплатить дивиденды за 2025 год в размере 44 млрд рублей. Компания также участвует в продаже государственного имущества, включая дачу Фаберже, и реализует программы по комплексному развитию территорий.
