The Ministry of Finance of Russia is responsible for financial policy, including tax deductions for long-term savings and adjustments to the 'Family Mortgage' program. It has announced delays in modifying conditions for the 'Family Mortgage' program until at least October 2026 and issued directives on budgetary rule implementation, deposit insurance, and changes to money transfer rules effective April 1, 2026.
