The Moscow Oil Refinery (MOSNPZ) is a major oil processing facility located in Kapotno, Moscow Oblast, owned by Gazprom Neft. It has been targeted multiple times by Ukrainian drones, notably on June 16 and June 18, 2025, resulting in damage to its premises and a fire that was largely contained. The attacks also caused damage to the 'Sadovod' shopping center and nearby residential buildings. Despite these incidents, operations at the refinery and fuel supply in Moscow remained unaffected according to official statements.
