The Пресненский районный суд (Presnensky District Court of Moscow) is a judicial body in Moscow that has handled high-profile cases involving financial crimes, corruption, and corporate fraud. It issued a 15-year prison sentence to former Rosnano executive Irina Rapaport for embezzlement and commercial bribery, as well as sentenced Vladimir Smirnitsky, a former Binance executive in the CIS region, to five years in prison. The court also dealt with cases related to child custody involving actress Maria Mironova and her ex-husband Andrey Soroka.
