The Russian Social Fund (Соцфонд) is an organization responsible for managing social insurance, pensions, and family benefits in Russia. It administers payments such as maternity benefits, family allowances, and temporary disability benefits, with amounts determined by individual income and contributions. The fund provides services through the 'Gosuslugi' portal, its mobile app, client service centers, and Multi-Functional Centers (MFC). Changes to pension calculation rules for caregiving periods are set to take effect from 2027.
