The unit 'Силами беспилотных систем' (Forces of Drones) is described in the coverage as a military formation within the Ukrainian Armed Forces, led by Robert 'Madyar' Bровди. It has been publicly associated with conducting drone strikes on energy infrastructure in Russian-occupied regions, including 10 power substations in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts over a 48-hour period. The unit's commander is accused by the Russian Investigative Committee of involvement in a terrorist attack on a passenger bus in Bryansk Oblast, allegedly providing targeting support for the operation.
