The Vizovye tsentry (Visa Centers) of Cyprus, operated by BLS International in Russia, have resumed accepting visa applications from July 6, following a temporary suspension due to the termination of a contract between the Cypriot embassy and BLS International. These centers are located in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, and other Russian cities, with service fees set at €5 for submission and €90 for applicants over 12 years old.
