Alexander Babakov is a deputy and first deputy head of the 'Fair Russia' faction in the State Duma of Russia. He has been appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the State Duma in the ninth convocation and is actively involved in legislative processes, including budget discussions and integration of participants of the special military operation into civilian life.
