Alexey Suyarov is a former colonel of the internal service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) of Russia, specifically serving as the head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise (FKU) Center for Material and Service Support (TsKHSO) under the MVD of Moscow Oblast. He was detained and charged in connection with a criminal case involving the theft of state fuel, allegedly as part of an organized group, and was subsequently dismissed from the MVD. Suyarov was among those whose arrest was requested by investigators and who were sent to pre-trial detention.
