Andrey Kelin is a senior Russian diplomat who served as the Russian Ambassador to the United Kingdom from November 2019 until at least July 21, 2024, when his mission officially concluded. He has been on diplomatic service since 1979 and previously held leadership roles, including Director of the Fourth Department for CIS states from 2105 to 2011.
