media
Egor Arhipov, also known as 'Trinadtsatyy' (The Thirteenth), is a Russian Z-blogger who was arrested on July 8 and held under detention for two months on charges of extremism. He was previously reported to have survived a near-fatal electric shock while swimming at a beach on Krestovsky Island in Saint Petersburg. His case has drawn attention due to the involvement of a niche social network called 'Yegorod,' which is restricted to individuals named Egor or Goshi.
