Djeyhun Bayramov is the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, actively engaged in diplomatic efforts with Ukraine and Russia. He has participated in official visits to Ukraine, where he discussed energy cooperation and potential gas deliveries, and met with Ukrainian officials to express Azerbaijan's readiness to support Ukraine's energy security.
