Elena Blinovskaya, a former blogger and self-proclaimed 'queen of marathons' from Yarosla, is serving a prison sentence in Correctional Facility No. 1 in Vladimir Oblast for tax evasion and money laundering through artificial business fragmentation. She was sentenced in 2023, and the verdict was upheld by the Second Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction, with her monthly spending limited to 11,800 rubles. Her 45th birthday was marked by a gift of 20 kg of sweets from her father, who also stood in line for six hours to deliver it.
