Elena Blinovskaya, a former blogger from Yaroslavl known as the 'queen of marathons,' was convicted in 2023 of tax evasion and money laundering through artificial business fragmentation. She is serving a four-and-a-half-year prison sentence at Correctional Institution No. 1 in Vladimir Region, where she is permitted to spend up to 11,800 rubles monthly and works as a seamstress. Her assets, including two Moscow apartments valued at nearly 200 billion rubles, a house in Istra, and an Lamborghini Urus, have been confiscated or sold to satisfy debts.
