Eugeny Grigoryev is a Russian business executive who served as the general director of the scientific-production center 'TulaDrone' in Tula, a company involved in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles. He was arrested on August 14 on suspicion of fraud in an especially large amount (Article 159, Part 4 of the Russian Criminal Code), with allegations involving misuse of approximately 700 million rubles from the federal budget allocated to the project. The center's launch was reportedly funded with over 1 billion rubles, and Grigoryev was sent to pre-trial detention for two months.
