Konstantin Khudyakov was a prominent Russian artist, architect, and president of the Union of Artists of Russia, as well as vice-president of the Russian Academy of Arts. He was one of the pioneers of digital art in Russia and worked extensively in digital and multimedia technologies. Khudyakov passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 81 after a prolonged illness, with his death confirmed by his daughter Alexandra Khudyakova. He was buried on July 2, 2024, at Troekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow.
