Lusia is a schoolgirl from Oviedo, Spain, who gained attention for writing a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin, which was delivered through the Russian embassy in Madrid. In response, she received a photograph of Putin with an autograph, along with a ribbon featuring the colors of the Russian tricolor and the St. George's Ribbon. The event took place in July 2025, and her family met with the Russian ambassador in Madrid.
