Lida Moniava is the founder and director of the charitable foundation 'Dom s mayakom', which supports terminally ill children and young adults. She was charged under Part 2, Article 200.3 of the Russian Criminal Code, point 'd', for allegedly spreading 'fake news' about the Russian Armed Forces based on a February 2023 Telegram post.
