Nicolas Pashinyan is the Prime Minister (Premier) of Armenia, actively engaged in diplomatic relations with Russia, the European Union, and international organizations. He has expressed openness to early parliamentary elections for constitutional reform, reiterated that EAEС countries cannot expel Armenia due to lack of procedural mechanisms, and stated that a peace agreement with Azerbaijan could be signed by 2031. Pashinyan has also emphasized economic development challenges within the EAEС and confirmed the formation of a joint Armenian-Russian working group on railway concessions.
