Nicol Pashinyan is the Prime Minister of Armenia and has been reappointed to the position. He has stated that Armenia will not oppose Russia's decision to withdraw its military base, emphasized that the country no longer views Russia as a strategic partner, and expressed that a referendum on EU accession would only happen if realistic prospects existed. He also confirmed that Armenia has no plans to introduce visa requirements for Russian citizens and reiterated that the country does not plan to return to full participation in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
