Petр Bolgarеv is a Russian military officer who was appointed by President Vladimir Putin as the commander of the 'Vostok' military grouping in the zone of the special military operation (SVO). He has reported directly to Minister of Defense Andrei Belousov on the results of military operations, including the liberation of 19 settlements in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions during the summer campaign.
