Lena Patyaeva is a Russian activist from Saint Petersburg who has been involved in public actions related to the disappearance of Seda Suleymanova, a woman allegedly abducted from Saint Petersburg in August 2023 and taken to Grozney. On August 23, 2016, she held a solitary picket in Grozny near a monument to journalists, demanding an investigation into the alleged murder of her friend, which led to her detention and a fine of 150,000 rubles by the Ahmatovsky District Court of Chechnya for repeated violations of public event regulations.
