Ilya Traber is a Russian businessman and former co-owner of several companies, including 'Bureau of Digital Technologies' and 'Primorsky Universal Cargo Complex'. He was arrested in June 2025 and accused of involvement in the murder of Alexander Petrov, a businessman known as the 'owner of Vyborg', based on testimony from his former driver Igor Lykov who returned from Ukraine.
