Igor Vasilev is a former governor of the Kirov Oblast and former general director of military park 'Patriot' under the Ministry of Defense. The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow has placed him under house arrest as a preventive measure. He has reportedly given confessions during questioning, though formal charges have not yet been filed.
