Vitaly Savelyev is a Russian government official who served as Deputy Prime Minister, overseeing the transport sector and national projects. He was removed from his position on September 28 in connection with his election as a member of the State Duma of the ninth convocation, where he was elected as a deputy from the United Russia party. Prior to his appointment as Deputy Prime Minister in May 2024, he had served as Minister of Transport for four years.
