Gasoline prices in Crimea have dropped by 5.03%, while in Altai, Karachay-Cherkessia, and the Novosibirsk region, they have fallen by 2%. Vice-Premier Alexander Novak stated that the Russian fuel market has begun to partially stabilize following government measures.
