Moscow, Oct 22. A list of activities prohibited for persons under 18 will begin to take effect in Russia on March 1, 2027, said Evgeny Masharov, a member of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on public control and work with citizens' appeals, to RIA Novosti.
