Moscow, June 30: The Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has concluded its investigation into a criminal case against one of the creators of the online drug sales platform Hydra; materials have been submitted to court for substantive consideration. This was announced by the official representative of the MVD, Irina Volk.
