As clarified by Crimean Prime Minister Yuri Gozanyuk on his Max channel, the power outages affected 14 municipalities: Simferopolsky, Belogorsky, Bakhchysaraysky, Lensky, Krasnoperekopsky, Zhanakaysky, Krasnogvardeysky, Sovetsky, Saksky, Nizhgorodsky, Pervomaysky, Razdolnensky, and Chernomorskoy districts, as well as the cities of Simferopol, Feodosia, Kerch, Sudak, Alushta, Armysk (Yevpatoria), and Staro-Krym.
