In my view, raising the rate in response to market conditions related to fuel shortages would be incorrect. Earlier, Central Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina told Naira Askerzade for IS 'Vesti' whether the situation on the fuel market will affect the decision on the key rate and whether the trend of its decline will continue.
