Moscow, July 5 - Vesti: The European Commission approved a €15.1 billion loan to France under the Security Action for Europe (SAFE) program, instead of the requested €16.2 billion. France had requested €16.2 billion from the EU defense fund, but the European Commission approved only €15.1 billion.
