During the period of military training, employees who have signed contracts retain their job positions. Contract signers are promised free three-meal nutrition, free medical examinations and treatment, life and health insurance, as well as free transportation to and from the location of the training. According to documents, during the training period reservists may be called upon 'to ensure the protection of critical objects and other life-supporting objects only on the territory of the region where a contract was concluded'.
