Moscow, July 7: Russia's Ambassador to the UN on Special Assignment Rodion Miroshnik stated that due to strikes by Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) over the past week, 38 civilians have been killed, including a child, and another 270 injured, among them eight minors.
